A narrow victory..

Today I was making the Temple of Kotmogu battleground. It was very tense fight ,so I couldn't tell are we going to win....

At the last minute the Horde were slightly ahead ,but we managed to kill their orb carriers and this was the result....

How to be a HUNTER, not a Huntard !

Most people don't like and even hate hunters. Even some of my friends are hunter-haters. For me there are two main reasons for that. The first one is because many of the new hunters are...retarded.The other reason is that good and experienced hunters are one of the top DPS in PVE and one of the best classes in PVP.

I won't talk about the good things about the hunter class. Instead I will talk about what we shouldn't do as hunters if we don't wan't to see only HUNTARD in the chat.

I think that there are some very common things that huntards make:

1. Forget to turn off Aspect of the Pack - very annoying thing when you are in a raid or in a battleground;
2. Forget to turn off Growl on your pet - if your pet is taking the aggro from the tank, you will get few Huntards from him or even kick from the raid or dungeon;
3. Pull the Boss - I don't know why, but many hunters like to be pullers....and most times this results into wipe..;
4. Use Feign Death in the most retarded spot - examples: fire,spikes,lava or anything that is on the floor and has unusual color;
5. And the most annoying thing - spamming Pew,Pew,Pew in the chat....- this can result in a storm of Huntards for you. Some of your fellow raiders might even try to kill you..

Lil' Oondasta is finally down

After few days of trying, I finally found a combination of pets that was able to kill Lil' Oondasta. I'm planning to make a video and a big post about which pets did I use and why did I use them ,but it is very late and I have to get up early.

The tactic isn't very unique, but it isn't very common and I think that you are going to like it. I will also make a video,because there isn't a video with that combination of pets (that kills Lil' Oondasta ) on youtube.

It wasn't very hard fight...

Last night I became Vengefully Dedicated

We are getting better at arena fights and last night I even made an achievement - Vengefully Dedicated. Tonight I will probably get the Conquest bow and things might get out of control :D but we will see.

I will make some new video ,but I can't promise that they are going to be unique...I'm still not that great fighter.

The interesting thing from last night was that we managed to kill many DPS/Healer teams...before that was very rare thing. I think that the reason is the better synchrony between us. We also make better target switch now.

Those are the interesting things for now :P

I was so close to kill Lil' Oondasta..

I made some raid finders this night and I'm very happy with my new Chest item from the set. After the raiding I thought that it is a good idea to give Lil' Oondasta another chance. I've tryed to kill her several times ,but not with the right pet combination. So now I have my 2 lvl 25 mechanical pets. As you know they make bonus damage against beasts( Lil' Oondasta). The third pet in my team was a black whelpling ,because for now I don't have another 25 lvl mechanical pet.

In the previous battles, she didn't gave me a chance ,but today I was very,very close. You will see on the screenshots below that in the end she had 23 health....

I'm going to make a video of the killing ,but first I must make the kill. I think that with three mechanical pets it would be easy to defeat her. Wish me luck and soon I will let you know what happened.

Warlords of Draenor Hunter Talents

One very interesting piece of information has come to me few minutes ago. I'm talking about the level 100 talents in Warlords of Draenor. The choice for hunters will be betweet two new shots and a passive talent.
My opinion is that except the passive talent the other 2 are very PVE orientated.

The first talent is called Bola shot:
-30 Focus, 40 yd range
-Instant
-Fires a bola at the target, which wraps around them. After 1 sec, it explodes, dealing 3000 Fire damage to them, and an additional 2000 Fire damage to all enemies within 5 yards.
-Replaces Arcane Shot.

As you can see this will replace Arcane shot. The good thing about this is the AoE damage ,but the focus coast will be slightly bigger.I think that this will be great for PVE ,but I'm not sure what will be the use of it in PVP and especially in Arena games.

The second talent is called Snipe:
-40 yd range
-2.77 sec cast
-Requires Ranged Weapon
-Carefully line up the perfect shot, dealing 150% weapon damage. Generates 60 Focus.
-Cannot be cast while moving.
-Replaces Steady Shot and Cobra Shot.
Beast Mastery & Survival
-Also refreshes Serpent Sting.
Marksmanship
-Also triggers Steady Focus.

This shot will the the alternative of Steady/Cobra shots. The focus that you will gain from it is much bigger ,but as you can see you won't be able to cast it while moving and the cast time is much bigger. Maybe for PVE it will be nice ,but there is no way for me to use this in PVP . I'm relying on mobility when I play PVP and if I use Snipe it will force me to sit on one place and wait for someone to kill me.

The last talent is called With or Without You:
Beast Mastery (Versatility)
-Passive
-Increases the effect of your pet's Combat experience to 70% increased damage. Your pet now gains the following abilities, regardless of spec:
-Rabid
-Spiked Collar
-Thunderstomp
-Blood of the Rhino
-Great Stamina
-Bullheaded
-Cornered
-Boar's Speed
Marksmanship & Survival (Lone Wolf)
-Passive
-Increases all damage dealt by 30% when you don't have a pet active.

This is probably the talent that I'm going to use ,but only when I play PVP as a BM. The passive bonus for BM is very interesting and useful as you will see below. BUT...I'm not very happy with the passive bonus for MM and Survival ...you will have 30% All damage bonus IF you don't have any active pets... So now What ? we will have a bunch of hunters who wonder alone in Draenor....I think that most people play hunter because they like the bond between the Hunter and the Pet. But who am I to judge ? Maybe there will be something good for MM/ Survival hutners like very big change in the DPS... We will see :)

Another hunter in WOW trailer !

I'm very happy that Blizzard included another hunter in their trailer. I know that it's not the cinematic trailer for the expansion ,but anyway it makes me proud.

It's sad that the hunter missed with both trap and arrow ,but maybe he was a noob or something ( just joking ).

So this is a very short post ,because I just wanted to share the picture of the hunter with you.

Hunting for Blood coins

Today I've started my hunt for Blood coins,but it is harder than I thought... My server is Hellfire and it's not a PVP one ,so many people are not interested in attacking one strange looking red hunter ..LOL. For 20 minute of provoking I got only one attack from a Paladin and I've managed to kill him ,but that was it.

My goal will be getting 50 Blood Coins and then I will buy Fire-Watcher's Oath. After this I think that it will easier for me to get the mount and the companion, but I'm not sure how much time will I need for that.

I love the way I look with the debuff and especially when on my chopper. I will share a picture below. So this is for now about my Blood coins hunting... Keep hunting !

PVE Update: New Bow and Helm

So after one very painful Monday, I've made some Raidfinder and I was very lucky. I got myself a new Bow and a Helm.
I will talk first about the bow:
The name of the Bow is Dagrin's Discarded Longbow and after few months I'm finally using bow again. Of Course I've upgraded it right after the raid and now it is 536 item lvl.
Enchants:
-Lord Blastington's Scope of Doom;
-Delicate Primordial Ruby.

Now let's talk about the helm:

I'm very,very happy that I got my first item from the set ,but unfortunately this is one of the ugliest hunter sets. Now I'm like a alien or something like that. The Helm is called Headguard of the Unblinking Vigil.

Helm enchants:

-Agile Primal Diamond;

-Delicate Primordial Ruby.

No pictures ,because I don't like the helm ...LOL.
