What do you know about Counter shot ?

I saw something very interesting in the spell changes for the new Patch 5.4 -
 "Counter Shot is now a baseline interrupt ability learned by all Hunters at level 22."..."Silencing Shot is no longer a talent and is now an ability that replaces Counter Shot for Marksman Hunters."

So it looks like that we are getting a new spell. I still don't know what will be the difference between Silencing shot and Counter shot ,but I think that the Silence shot will be somehow more powerful...we will see soon.

If you know something , please share it with me because I'm very curious about this new spell .
